The series took a huge blow when it was delayed and then put on the back burner after an unsuccessful revamp. But for several reasons, the “NBA Live” franchise has yet to catch on in the same way. The company”s “Madden NFL” series is synonymous with football, and its “FIFA” soccer games are just as popular outside American shores.
